The rooms at Osborne House-Guest House were so cozy and inviting, with a seating area where I could relax after a busy day. It felt like a home away from home!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom facilities. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The location is super convenient, right near the University of Pretoria. We had a blast checking out the local hiking trails and even squeezed in some golfing. The best part? The free accommodation for two of our friends who are under 6 years old. Definitely a win for our budget!

If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be a better party scene. Being young and ready to turn up, we were hoping for some fun activities specifically geared towards young party-goers.

I was given huge and well-appointed room. Included multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The free parking was on-site, AMAZING service.

The people were very amiable and amicable, will exceed the expectations. We had a king room which was tidy and huge.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to restaurants but in a quiet zone. It was also near the University of Pretoria, which was convenient for me. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service, excellent housekeeping, and even a laundry service. The staff made me feel like a VIP from check-in to check-out. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, from ironing facilities to a comfortable sitting area. I loved relaxing on the terrace and patios, and the in-room safe provided peace of mind. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming, offering tea and food on arrival. The vintage look of the place was beautiful, with a clean and comfortable room that had all the comforts one can expect. The enormous bed was especially noteworthy, surpassing expectations for a good night's sleep.

The armchairs in the room were comfortable, but felt 'used and tired'. Fresh covers would have given a cleaner feeling to the room.

I chose this hotel for a work session and it was perfect. The outdoor pool, business center, and meeting room were all excellent facilities for conducting business. The location was ideal for both business and leisure guests.

The only service I missed for my work session was a dedicated office space. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was top-notch.
