The rooms at Osborne House-Guest House were so cozy and inviting, with a seating area where I could relax after a busy day. It felt like a home away from home!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom facilities. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The location is super convenient, right near the University of Pretoria. We had a blast checking out the local hiking trails and even squeezed in some golfing. The best part? The free accommodation for two of our friends who are under 6 years old. Definitely a win for our budget!
If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be a better party scene. Being young and ready to turn up, we were hoping for some fun activities specifically geared towards young party-goers.

The service was top-notch, with attentive room service, excellent housekeeping, and even a laundry service. The staff made me feel like a VIP from check-in to check-out. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, from ironing facilities to a comfortable sitting area. The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming, offering tea and food on arrival. The vintage look of the place was beautiful, with a clean and comfortable room that had all the comforts one can expect. The enormous bed was especially noteworthy, surpassing expectations for a good night's sleep.
The armchairs in the room were comfortable, but felt 'used and tired'. Fresh covers would have given a cleaner feeling to the room.

The rooms at Osborne House are incredibly cozy and inviting. They have a seating area where you can unwind after a long day, and the en-suite bathroom is pure luxury. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels is a nice touch too. As someone with physical handicaps, I felt right at home here.
Personally, I found the air conditioning units a bit noisy. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others may not mind it at all.

My recent stay at Osborne House was absolutely wonderful! The historic charm of the house created a unique and tranquil atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the made to order eggs. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, and the attention to detail in the beautiful gardens added to the overall experience. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the staff provided a fan to keep me cool during a particularly hot night. I chose this hotel for a work session and it was perfect. The outdoor pool, business center, and meeting room were all excellent facilities for conducting business. The location was ideal for both business and leisure guests.
The only service I missed for my work session was a dedicated office space. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was top-notch.
